Q: What is the turnaround time on my order?
A: Our current production times are an estimated average of 10 - 30 business days depending on

packaging type, order size, and the time of the year. Having greater customization with more additional

processes on your custom packaging generally yields slightly longer production times.

Important considerations:
Shipping time is not included in the listed turnaround times.
Large orders may require a longer production time (especially rigid boxes).
Production turnaround starts when your final proof has been approved and submitted.

Q: What is PMS color and do I need it?

A: PMS refers to the Pantone Matching System, which is a standardized color matching system that

ensures color accuracy to a physical color swatch.

PMS colors are coded through a numbering system (also known as Pantone Colors). These colors

are widely used in packaging, print, fashion, graphics, and interior design when brands require a

specific color output.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for customized cosmetic packaging boxes?

A: The minimum order quantity for bulk order is 1000pcs.
